Hoopla-sponge bob square pants

The Hoopla Fish is a small fish who only appears in a short part of the krusty krab training video.He interrupts the narrator when he says "Making a Krabby Patty is a lot of hoopla." The fish says "Hoopla" and gets hit with a brick.

 Sounds like alot of HOOPLA! Er, sounds like a lo HOOPLA! sounds like a HOOPLA! (screen turns to the hoopla fish) HOOPLA! (the narrator throws a brick at him, knocking him out) Sounds like alot of hoopla to make over a little krabby patty,right? Heh heh, WRONG!
